Terms & Conditions

Clear information about how our programs and services operate.

Wet Weather & Heat

In the case of wet weather or heat, you will be notified via text or email of any cancellation or adjustments to your session. If you do not receive a text or email, please presume your lesson is going ahead as normal.

In the event of the temperature rising above 36 degrees, Tennis 11 will notify you and suspend or cancel lessons. Make-up sessions will be honoured for any suspended or cancelled lessons.

Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend a session due to illness, personal reasons, school camp or other, it is your responsibility to notify us before the commencement of the lesson via phone call, email or text message. If possible, 24 hours notice is preferred, however, we understand it may not be possible in all events. A make-up will not be honoured if no notice is given.

Lessons run for 8 weeks. Week 9 of tennis is reserved for make-up lessons only. If you have an outstanding make-up lesson it will be completed in this week. If we are unable to complete all make-up lessons by the end of week 9, we will happily credit days at our School Holiday Programs or following terms.‍ ‍

Enrolment & Payment

We offer a free trial lesson to new students. It’s recommended that an enrolment form is submitted prior to this.

Humanitix is our primary enrolment and payment website, and payments/enrolments for term should be completed prior to week 2. Invoices for each term are dependent on scenarios. All invoices need to be paid within a 14 day period from date of invoice.

Private lessons may be paid on a weekly basis with payment required on the day of the lesson.

Updates to Our Terms & Policies

Tennis 11 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Any updates will be published on our website and will take effect from the date of publication. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
