Tennis 11 values the trust placed in us by players, parents, guardians and schools. From time to time, we may capture photos or videos during coaching sessions, school programs, events or activities. This policy outlines how we respectfully collect, use and manage media content.

Why We Capture Media

Photos and videos may be captured for purposes including:

  • Promoting Tennis 11 programs and events

  • Sharing highlights with our community

  • Website and social media content

  • Marketing, newsletters or educational materials

Media helps us showcase the positive experiences, participation and enjoyment of our programs.

Consent

Media is captured and used only where appropriate consent has been provided.

For participants under 18 years of age, consent is obtained from a parent or legal guardian, typically through enrolment forms or written agreement. By enrolling in Tennis 11 programs, parents or guardians may be asked to provide consent for media use.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting our team in writing.

Use of Images and Video

Where media is used:

  • Children are presented respectfully and appropriately

  • Images are not used in a way that could reasonably identify sensitive personal information

  • No names or personal details are published alongside images without specific consent

  • Content reflects the inclusive, supportive and positive values of Tennis 11

Media may appear on our website, social media platforms, email communications, printed materials or promotional content.

School Programs and Sporting Schools

For school-based programs, including Sporting Schools initiatives, media use aligns with:

  • School policies and requirements

  • Department or program guidelines

  • Consent arrangements agreed upon with schools and families

Where required, additional approvals may be sought from schools or education authorities.

Opting Out

If a parent, guardian, player or school prefers that images or videos not be captured or used, we respect this choice. Please notify our team in writing so we can update our records and ensure reasonable steps are taken.

Storage and Security

Captured media is stored securely and accessed only by authorised members of the Tennis 11 team. We take reasonable steps to protect images and videos from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
