Children’s Privacy

Tennis 11 delivers programs and services for children. We collect personal information about children only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or where permitted by law.

Children’s personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering programs, managing enrolments, ensuring participant safety, and communicating with parents or guardians. We take additional care to protect children’s information and do not use it for marketing purposes without parental consent.

Sensitive Information

Tennis 11 may collect limited health information where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants, such as injury details, medical conditions, or other relevant considerations. Sensitive information is collected and used only with consent, where required to safely deliver our services, or where authorised by law.

Images and Media

Tennis 11 may capture photos or videos during coaching sessions, school programs and events for promotional, educational or communication purposes.

Images of children are used only in accordance with parental or guardian consent and our Media Release Policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

In some circumstances, personal information may be provided to us by third parties such as schools, booking platforms or payment providers.
