Mark the calendar for Sunday July 6 - London may have the official championships but we have something better... Our end of term Our Hot Shots tournament! These matchplay events are designed to give players the opportunity to put the practise in to play! Come and join us to celebrate a fantastic term 2.

Wimbledon Whites 25’ Entry Form

  • When: Sunday July 6

    Red & Orange ball events 9:30-11:30am

    Green & Yellow ball events 12:30-3:30pm

    Where: East Albury Tennis Club, 640 Short Street, East Albury

    Who: Easter Hop Shots is an introduction to competitive tennis. Any player who has done a minimum of 1 term of lessons, will be able to play and enjoy our Hot Shots Tournament.

    Cost: $20pp *payable on the day

  • Our Hot Shots tournament are designed to provide quality tennis experiences for players already playing tennis. With modified equipment, recognition of effort/participation and time friendly formats - our aim is to consolidate learning from lessons and help players have a positive competitive experience.

  • Player Age: 5-7 years

    Court Size: 6m mini-net across the court

    Scoring Format: 1,2,3….ect First to 10

    Serving format: Can be overarm or underarm with or without a bounce

  • Player Age: 7-10 years

    Court Size: 6m x 18m

    Scoring Format: Regular tennis scoring with short Deuce. Matches are timed - 15 minutes.

    Serving format: First serve must be overarm. Second serve can be overarm or underarm with or without a bounce

  • Player Age: 9-12 years

    Court Size: Full Singles court

    Scoring Format: Regular tennis scoring with short Deuce. Matches are timed - 15 minutes.

    Serving format: First and second serve must be overhead

  • Player Age: 13-14 years

    Court Size: Full Singles court

    Scoring Format: Regular tennis scoring with short Deuce. Matches are timed - 15 minutes.
